KIP Color Direct is used for a simple but highly efficient transmission of color copies to a color inkjet printer, the scanning function to multiple destinations (file, e-mail, server etc.).
Its other functionalities include closed loop color calibration, the integration of accounting data, the management of multiple page file formats.

KIP Color Direct SCAN software technology makes it easy for you to scan your original hard copies so that they can automatically be transferred to several destinations.

All types of scanned documents can be transmitted via different sources (FTP server, file, etc...)

Scanned images can easily be reprinted via the Scan to mailbox function

Scanning settings easily adjusted (type of original document, quality, rotation, formats, etc...)

Option for naming scanned documents at source for simplified electronic search

Automatic detection of the size of the scanned document

Real time preview of the scanned document
